Can you believe it? We are already two weeks into 2012!  Hopefully it has be a great start for you and your family!  

The beginning of a New Year inevitably prompts contemplation on life’s bigger meaning, but  how do we keep up with so many loft goals?

Here are some tips for success:

1.  Limit you resolutions to one or two that are truly important. Sticking to a clear plan with focused objectives will make achieving that goal painless.

2.  Everyone falters… thats ok!!  Even the best plans/resolutions will lead to some setbacks.  Also, simplicity in your plan means you will be more likely to press on.

3.  Remember your desired outcome -whether it’s a regular exercise program (and, ultimately, a fitter you!), healthy diet, quality family time, or making changes in the community – these clear goals provide motivation to press on. We’re all “works in progress,” and maintaining a positive mindset keeps everything on track.
